Does Venue / Pro cover every staff member?
Venue / Pro supports authorised owners, employees and hosts at each participating location. Each person uses their own account; venue membership and assigned permissions still determine what they can control.
How does the multi-location rate work?
It is part of Venue / Pro. When the same company has at least two participating venues, the planned rate is C$80 for each venue every month. For example, two venues total C$160 per month; three total C$240 per month.
Can a performer host at a venue?
Yes, with venue membership, hosting permission and any required staff-approved visit. A performer plan does not grant venue ownership or let someone take control of an event without authorisation.
Can I subscribe now?
Not through this site yet. You can review the planned Venue / Pro or Performer purchase flow and create an account, but no payment or paid access will be activated.
Are taxes included in these prices?
Tax treatment has not been finalised. Before paid checkout opens, we will show the applicable taxes and full amount due before you confirm a purchase. There is no charge for creating an account now.
What happens if I add or remove a location?
The planned multi-location rate begins with two participating venues under the same company. The billing date and any mid-cycle adjustment for location changes have not been finalised; we will publish them before subscriptions open.
How will cancellation and refunds work?
No online subscription can be purchased yet. The planned monthly policy lets a subscriber cancel the next renewal and keep access through the period already paid. Unused time is not automatically prorated; support may offer a discretionary refund, and applicable legal rights remain. The exact cancellation route and confirmation email must work before paid checkout opens.
